Colors may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our garments.

Each product is individually handcrafted and dyed, which means slight variations are part of its artisanal character.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and may differ slightly in color or finish from online representations.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We require full payment at the time of order confirmation before we begin processing or producing your order.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, and payments are non-refundable.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties (for international orders) unless specifically mentioned.

For the first order, shipping charges will be waived as a gesture of appreciation. From all subsequent orders, applicable shipping charges will apply.

Domestic shipping charges will be calculated at checkout; international shipping charges depend on the destination.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase, payment, and contact information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship both domestically and internationally.

Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type, production process, and delivery location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

Once we hand over your order to the courier, risk and responsibility pass to you.

SECTION 6 – DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any concerns about product quality, defects, or damages must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims must be supported by clear photographs and/or videos of the product in its original packaging.

We will review each claim, but resolution depends on the nature of the damage and circumstances.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and/or videos of the product in its original packaging.

Requests made after 24 hours from delivery will not be considered.

If the damage claim is approved, we will arrange for an exchange or repair, depending on the situation.

Custom-made pieces are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances except for approved damage claims.
Ready-to-wear products may be exchanged for size issues or approved defects if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in cases where an exchange is not possible, and after quality inspection.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All product designs, photographs, and written content on SHAAH by Tanya Shah’s website and social media are intellectual property of the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Any unlawful or fraudulent activity

Harassment or harm to others

Infringement of our intellectual property rights

Uploading viruses, malicious code, or engaging in actions that disrupt the website’s functionality
