Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear video proof of the defect while unboxing or showing the product.

• Once reviewed and approved by our team then refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original bank account
